This compact machine offers you the possibility to set
stones on plate, in tubes and single and double channels
with diamonds and synthetic stones. It is impossible to

model, to operator can easily center the setting tool around
the 360°. For owners of the former units SZ15 or SZ16, this video kit can
be ordered as an optional.

STONE SETTING MACHINE SZ 30
This
machine is a combination of our famous stone setting unit and a precise drilling/dividing
machine. The main advantage of this unit is that the position
where the seat is drilled remains the same position to set the stone. Once the
seat (or more seats) is drilled, the holder moves automatically to the setting
side and returns back to his zero position. The NC controller keeps the dividing
values in his memory. The unit is delivered with a pneumatic high speeed spindle
upto 25000 rpm with collets to fix the drills.
