High Tech Measuring unit is based on the HDV technology (High Definition Vision).
With this machine you can measure diamonds and coloured stones upto a precision of +/- 0.01 mm.
The standard version measures stones from 0.65 to 3.0 mm.
In a few seconds, you obtain the perfect stone diameter, thickness of the girdle and total
height of the stone. After the measuring process, stones can be sorted as instructed
by the user. An automatic stone feeding device is placed inside the configuration
so that the system can operate overnight and measure and sort a complete batch
of stones without intervention of an operator. It takes about 5 seconds for a complete measuring cyclus.
The intelligent Vison camera can be controlled with a keyboard to activate the programs.
