AUTOMATIC GALVANIC UNIT AGL/10

This automatic plating line was constructed to obtain the highest possible quality of plating. All details have been studied and are incorporated in this line : ultrasonic cleaning, tap water rinsing, distilled water rinsing, degreasing, neutralisation, rhodium or gold plating, hot distilled water rinsing and hot air drying.
The complete cycle can be easily programmed by the user thanks to our programmable NC control device. The installed robot will execute automatically the setting and this will result in consistent high quality.

The rhodium or goldplating bath is continously filtered. The unit is equipped with a dust filter and an active graphite filter. Each tank is equipped with a PVC valve for emptying.

A stainless steel hot water tank will give more shine after the rhodium treatment and will prepare the pieces for hot air drying. The blown air is at anytime filtered
to avoid entering dust. The complete unit is equipped with a central fume exhauster.

Thanks to our unique NC operating system, the operator can enter for each step the needed time (input by seconds). The visual leds are controlling the perfect work procedure.The unit is equipped with 2 rectifiers 30V/20Amps and a Amp/minute counter for regenerating the galvanic bath.
